I had a customer today that couldn’t log into their WordPress Admin account and asked if I could assist.

Through the users cPanel I was able to reset the password using the steps below.

Log into your cPanel and locate Softaclous under the Software Section.

Click Softaculous Apps Installer

In the Top Right click on the All Installations icon.

Click on the pencil to Edit the corresponding Install Instance of WordPress

Scroll down until you see the Admin Account Section

Fill out the details for your new admin account and click Save Installation Details
