Our Story

JCPIT Support has been helping Australian businesses with their technology since 2010, built on over two decades of hands-on industry experience dating back to 2004. What started as a local IT support business has evolved into a specialist cybersecurity partner for small and medium businesses across Australia.

Based in Croydon, Victoria, we understand the unique challenges that small businesses face — limited budgets, small teams, and the growing pressure to protect against threats that were once only a concern for large enterprises.
