Download Quick ConnectUse this link only when JCPIT Support asks you to start a remote support session.
Follow These Simple Steps
Once you've downloaded the file, follow these steps to connect with our support team.
Download the file
Click the download button above. Windows will download QuickConnect.exe; macOS will download QuickConnect.dmg. You'll usually find it in your Downloads folder or at the bottom of your browser window.
Open the file
Double-click QuickConnect.exe on Windows or open QuickConnect.dmg on macOS. You can find it in your Downloads folder, or click it directly from your browser's download bar.
Allow the program to run
Windows may ask: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" On macOS, follow the on-screen prompt to open Quick Connect.
This is a standard security prompt. The program needs permission to set up the secure connection.
Wait for it to get ready
The Quick Connect window will open and show "Downloading required files..." with a loading indicator. This only takes a moment — just let it finish.
Enter your 9-digit code
Enter the code provided by your IT technician to start the secure session.
Once the code is accepted, our team will connect to your screen and help you with whatever you need. You can end the session any time.
Nothing to Worry About
Is this safe?
Yes. Quick Connect creates a secure, encrypted connection between your computer and our support team. We can only see your screen while the session is active, and you can end it any time by closing the window.
Does it install anything?
No. Quick Connect is a temporary tool — it runs once and doesn't install anything permanently on your computer. Once you close it, it's done.
Can you access my computer without me knowing?
No. We can only connect when you run Quick Connect and give permission. You'll see everything happening on your screen, and closing the window ends the session immediately.
My browser or antivirus flagged the download
Some security software flags remote support tools because they allow screen sharing. This is a false positive — Quick Connect is a legitimate tool used by IT professionals. If you're unsure, give us a call on (03) 9021-0890 and we'll walk you through it.
